Okay, today was rather 'sien' cuz nothing to do at all...

reached home at around 2pm, ate maggi mee and then

watched "sydney white" starring amanda bynes....

i love her the most among the group of girls

that came out almost the same time as her,

hillary duff, lindsay lohan (eventhough she started

her career damn long ago, since parents trap)...

I love her personality, very simple yet very attractive...

have you watched "what a girl wants?". Watch it,

it's damn good! Anyway was just reading some blogs,

and i came across dionn's blog. Okay, to those who dont know,

dionn and her sister, devonn are both the president/founder/owner...

of Myjaysian. She finally uploaded the jay's concert

video- the part where jay came around to myjaysian side and talked to us....

HAHAHHA and jealous betul, jay called her "lat mei" ..... but at the same time,

happy oso.... okay, told u i'm weird these days... having all sorts of mix feeling...

so dont ask me how can jealous and happy get mixed together! Or maybe

i've grown a lot, i mean, 3 years back, if i saw such a thing, i'll be like "shit,

damn lucky. hate her" hahahaha.. but now i guess, i dont love jay in

such a way that i become so paranoid. I love him more of an idol sort

of way, the type of love that comes mainly from respect towards him..

doesnt mean i'm losing interest in him ok? Jay is still the best! AND WILL

CONTINUE BEING THE BEST =pp blehx blehx, so to those of you

oooOOO... today wasnt really a good day.... !! sien sei....

not only didnt do dat good for poster defense (kena

zha lar...giler3 by Dr.Ng) hahahhaa.. =) but i'm alright

now. I take her feedback as something that i could improve

on in the near future! And i got 39/50 for my mid terms for

human motivation...which is 15.6/20%... swt... not really good

marks! Hmm then bb went back JB today cuz grandfather passed away...

*sobs sobs*.... bb sure very sad bahx... =.= fuh... cant do anything .....aihx!

Anyway, moving on to better stuff, take a look at this, i login to friendster and

Hmm had my visa photo taken today at SS14... and then had

lunch at TGIF with my family...boring sunday as usual...

swt, i'm supposed to do my counseling chapter 10 (last chapter

and yet i am procrastinating like crazy) + my critical self-reflection

paper for my abnormal psy... !! This month is really emo month

isnt it? everyone seems to be emo! Fuh, baby is upset because

his grandfather is in critical condition now and he would have to

go back JB next week to see his grandfather, dont know whether

he would have a chance to his grandfather for the last time.

Kang wei, my heng dai, oso very emo, dunno he said that

life is meaningless. kinda scary cuz victims of suicide cases

often say life is meaningless as well. Hmm, advicing him

not to do anything funny to himself. And then frankie kor,

seems to be tired with his college assgs and his work. yeah,

working and studying at the same time, he must be crazy.

And something is wrong with him and ah sou, wasnt able to

tell me what happened bcuz ah sou reached his house ngam2

when i was talking to him about that on msn msnger! fuh,

so i see lotza bad things happening huh......

dont know why, but i think arron in dat pic looks so much

Finally, i have time to blog. Hmmmm it was a crazy week but

anyway, at least now two assgs are gone!! yay!! celebrate...

but next week is colloqium....swt, that's really bad! hahahhaa..

anyway on thurs, public holiday, i went out with bb to

times square... yay, i finally bought my next top....

!!! baby and i looked everywhere for a new

wallet... wasnt able to find one....

oOOO and i saw a really nice bag from Metrojaya....

cool bag!! gonna get it!!.... ^^ oOOO there's a new shop in

times square called yogur berry, check it out if u've never been

to that shop cuz it's pretty cool... especially their snowballs....

=) and the very cute baseball cap they use as a bowl for the

snowballs.... haha i've got a pink one!! yay!!!

And we went to HK Video and got jay's kung fu dunk

dvd which came with a photobook.... around rm 60 ler....

reallly nice... not bad not bad!!!

Oh yeah, yesterday after class, baby and i went

to midvalley to watch a movie! Cant remember what's the movie called....

hmmm the empress 1...with kelly chen, leon lai and donnie yen....

yeps yeps... after that, we had dinner at sushi king... yummy yummy..

Alright, so finally i have some time to blog about my week...

This week was hectic.... crazy, i think i slept only 5 hours

for the past 10 days. stressful. Anyway, here are some pix

from last saturday 8th March- my cousin's bday... and sunday

-9th march.... weee =) i cooked for bb... first time, it's yummy....

weeee...!!! Okay, so for my cousin's 2nd bday... we had dinner at

six happiness... wasnt that good... =pp blehx

Step 11: once cooked, put all the vegetables, fishballs and fu chuk
into the bowl...

Yoohoo! Omg, i think i'm gonna go crazy soon with assgs

and lack of sleep! shish, anyway today baby and i went

to IDP centre at Subang (opposite of Taylor's college)

to meet up with Monash representatives that are

from Australia. Seems that i HAVE NO CHOICE

but forced to finish my last two subjects in MALAYSIA

because they're strict and wouldnt exempt me from doing

it here! =( grrr... means i'll be damn free for 8-10 months

starting from May onwards. Cuz i only have 2 more subs to complete..

swt! Stupid, i hope baby will trasnfer with me in Feb too... lalalala...

Oh yeah, we had lunch at Lisa's spaghetti.. it was featured on the

newspaper before. I ordered hot and spicy spaghetti... IT WAS

SOOOO YUMMMYYY...OMGGGGG... DAMN NICEEE AND SPICY...

yummmm!! anyway, after that we went to KLCC, grrr.. so boring...

dont like that place... shish tommorow i have class from 9am-1pm...

so damn SAD right? Oh yeah, GUESS WHAT, yesterday the tutor

brought forward the abnormal psy poster due date, omg, my group

hasnt start a single shit at all. Well, the poster is based on what we

saw and learned from the centre and that come up with an idealistic

yet feasible plan for a centre that would be presented on colloqium day

.... grrrrr... not as easy as it seems, cuz we have to come up with budget

and the way the centre is going to be like, in what environment,

getting professionals and teachers, gosh... and all our points must be

supported by journals and stuff! Shish, damn tough right.

Anyway i did this last night... design of my VERY OWN.....

Lalala, so this is my self-reflection paper for Human Motivation

Psychology on the movie "the secret", enjoy! I'm just sharing

since i have nothing to write and since the blog is for friends

to know what you've been up to, yeps, so this is what i've been

up to.... COMPLETING ASSGS:-

OH self awareness, how beautiful, right,

whatever *rolls eyes* ....


After watching the movie, I personally felt that the movie

was inspirational, humorous and most importantly, it was a movie that would

leave an impact on any person who watches it due to the

fact that, the events in the movie about people continuously

getting ‘bad days’ were so easily related to ones life whereby

we face obstacles and circumstances so frequently.


I totally agree with ‘the secret’ to life which is the law of attraction that

states that we attract everything that we see. Whenever, we see pretty things

for instance, we tend to be attracted to it and have this longing to own it to fulfill

our wants and needs. Therefore, the wants and needs would become a

motivation for us to achieve that certain aim or goal of ours. However,

the scope of the law of attraction is not only limited to good things

that we attract, instead as human beings, we go through good times as

well as bad times. When we experience bad events, we attract these

bad events into our life too. There is no way to obliterate negative things

in our environment but the only difference we can make is the way we

perceive these negative matters and the things that we choose to attract

into our lives.


Cognitive process plays a big role here as it controls the way we

see things as. Our thoughts that are seeking for acknowledgement

constantly would manifest into behaviors that function as the messenger

of the thoughts that we have in mind. In the movie, one of the person

states that “Life is a physical manifestation of your thoughts” which I totally

agree to. The way we think affects our behaviors, which then lead to the

consequences that we are able to see in our everyday lives. If we were to

think negatively about a situation or have negative expectations of what

is going to happen next, it would definitely affect the way we behave because

we behave in the way our thoughts would tell us to act, which is to

make the negative expectations come true. Of course, those negative

expectations would come true because we wanted it and the ‘want’

unconsciously would become a motivation to realize it.


The power of the mind is so strong that it controls our lives

but once a person is able to understand the way the mind works

and the way to master their thoughts but not vice versa, whereby

the thoughts control the person’s life which is apparent in the majority

of the people in the world, we will be free and we will be given full control

of our lives. Once we have control of our lives, with positive thoughts,

we would generate good feelings as well and everything will start to

improve because when we feel good, we attract even more good things

by our good behaviors. Like for instance, people who feel good would want

to maintain that good feelings by doing things that would bring even more

good feelings for them. This is the ‘feel good, do good’ effect that was found

by researchers that carried out an experiment in shopping malls in San

Francisco and Philadelphia (Isen & Levin, 1972).


oh yeah, today, i was at Wisma Harapan trying to finish up my 20-hours

community project for abnormal Psy and a group of University Malaya

students came too, also for community service. haha, they were really nice

and friendly! =) at least, they seem to be more capable of handling those

kids (mental disabled FYI). Hah, in your mind now, you probably have

funny thoughts of mental disabled ppl! Yeps, i had the same thoughts

as you a month ago, but after spending now 17 1/2 hours at the centre,

i realised THOSE KIDS ARE NOT STUPID! Damn they are smart, okay

some a lil slow and cant really do normal work like writing numbers

or letters but some are really fast and they do understand what you're

talking about but they make all these funny sounds which is their

way of communicating, though i dont understand, but sumtimes,

they point at things and stuff, then i will try to interpret what they

are trying to say! My first few hours there was SCARY because

the kids acted one kind which is OBVIOUSLY ABNORMAL

compared to normal ppl, grrrr, i guess that's why Dr. Ng chose

this centre huh for her abnormal psy project, swt! But anyway,

i started to see them differently, at first i felt so afraid of them, especially

when they got near me and started making funny noises! But now,

i realised that they're totally no HARM and they're all really nice kids

except for a few lar, damn naughty! Hahaha and they are

the perfectly normal ones, shish! They love coloring and DAMN

am i sick of coloring by now because they forced me to color

winnie the pooh.... =.= hahaha! ... talking about abnormal,

today's lecture for abnormal, Dr.Ng got a former drug addict

and now a pastor to tell us about his experience

of taking heroine for almost 20 years... really cool lecture

today, one of the most exciting lectures so far! It's amazing

how drugs can affect your life and yeps, i understand a lot better now

the way they live their lives! haha! Dr. Ng was so funny,

because the guy could only speak in cantonese and throughout

the whole lecture, she was translating in english after every

sentence that he said! HAHAHAHA =)

oOO long time didnt post anything here! Been really busy

with assgs and will be very busy with assgs =pp hahahha..

finally have some time to relax a lil' ... life is so hectic lately,

i barely have enough sleep and classes are pack from 8am-6pm...

and even if there's no classes, have to go community centre and also

busy with my upcoming experiment and presentations which is in

two weeks to three weeks time. Stress! =( Oh yeah, for human

motivation psychology, we watched this movie 'the secret', really

not bad! Motivational and you will learn 'the secret to life' ... hahaha

of course not everything inside is realistic but i guess it's not wrong

to take a pinch of salt from such a motivational movie! And it's true,

your cognitive process- the way u perceive and the way you look at things

affect your life in every way. Becuz when you keep thinking you cant,

you manifest those thoughts into behaviors and then YOUR EXPECTED

outcome (that you cant) WILL come true because you behave in

every way that makes it that way. "Life is a physical manisfetation

of your thoughts". I tottally agree with this phrase.... =) it is true

if you think about it! Alrightey, i'm gonna leave now.........
